Exchanges for Defective or Malfunctioning Products

• Compact Vibrational Speaker and Deluxe Vibrational Speaker can be exchanged if they are defective or malfunctioning within 180 days of the purchase date.
• To request an exchange, please contact us via our Contact Page with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

• Vibrational Platform
• Sound Bliss Vibrational Table

Important Notes

• Exchanges are only offered for items that are defective or malfunctioning, not for change of mind.
• All products must be handled with care during shipping and use. Damage caused by misuse or mishandling is not eligible for exchange.
